We build special purpose machines, assembly lines, laser marking stations and robotic cells for plants in SIDCUL Haridwar, Pantnagar, Rudrapur and Kashipur. Machines are built and proven at our Gurgaon works and installed at your plant.
Built around your part
Manual to fully automatic
Traceability on every part
Installation and training
The SIDCUL estates at Haridwar and Pantnagar house two-wheeler, auto component, electrical and consumer goods plants that run high volumes with lean teams. We build assembly machines, testing stations, laser marking machines and robotic cells that raise output per operator and check every part.
Each machine is designed around your part, cycle time and floor space.
Drilling, pressing, riveting, testing and marking machines designed for one part family.
Assembly machines and lines for switches, valves, pumps, steering wheels and control cables.
Fiber laser marking and welding stations with fixtures, enclosures and vision checks.
Automatic gauging for cylinder blocks, crankshafts, cam bores and shaft components.
Robotic welding, assembly, packaging, bin picking and palletizing cells.
EV motor assembly lines, ECU assembly lines and traction motor end-of-line test machines.
Review of your part drawing, process, cycle time and quality checks.
Machine concept with layout, cycle time and price.
Built at our Gurgaon works and proven on your parts.
Commissioning at your plant, operator training and support.

Yes. Machines are built and tested at our works in Gurgaon, then installed and commissioned at your plant, with operator and maintenance training. Haridwar is one of our service locations, a few hours by road from our Gurgaon works.
You send sample parts to our works. We run the trial, share videos, cycle time and inspection results, and you are welcome to attend the final trial before the machine is dispatched to Uttarakhand.
Switch and electrical assembly machines, two-wheeler component lines, leak testing machines, laser marking for traceability and end-of-line inspection stations.
The part drawing or a sample, the operation to be done, the output you need per shift and the checks you want on each part. Send them through the contact form or to info@motionworksrobotics.com.
Tell us about your part, process and output target. Our engineers will reply with a machine concept and a budget.
