Each machine in this group is designed around your stator and rotor drawings and the output you need per shift. We run trials on your samples at our works in Sector-35, Gurgaon before dispatch, then install the machine at your plant and train your operators. Inserts permanent magnets into IPM rotor slots or places them on SPM rotor surfaces.

Magnet Bonding and Glue Dispensing Machine

Dispenses metered adhesive and places magnets in external-rotor cups and SPM rotors.

Shaft and Bearing Press-Fit Machine

Servo press that fits shafts into rotors and bearings onto shafts with force and position monitoring.

Outer Rotor and Hub Assembly Machine

Assembles the outer rotor, stator, bearings and covers of external-rotor fan and hub motors.

Rotor Dynamic Balancing Machine

Measures unbalance in two planes and guides or automates correction.

Can we see a trial before ordering?

Yes. Send sample parts and data. We run a trial at our works in Gurgaon and share the cycle time and results, and you are welcome to attend.

Do you supply one machine or a complete line?

Where are the machines made and serviced?

They are designed and built at 75-A, Sector-35, Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana, installed at your plant, and supported by our own engineers in India.
