EV Motor Assembly Line

Automated and semi-automated assembly lines for BLDC, PMSM and hub motors used in electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers and passenger vehicles — engineered around your product, cycle time and quality plan.

EV Assembly Line
Overview

From Stator to Finished Motor, on One Line

We design and build complete electric motor assembly lines — from concept and cycle-time study through machine build, validation and installation at your plant. Every station can be linked to the line PLC and a traceability system, so each motor carries a complete record of its process and test data.

Typical Line Stations

Configured to suit your motor design — manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic.

Stator Handling & Insertion

Guided stator loading and insertion into the housing with position and presence verification.

Rotor–Stator Assembly

Guided, magnetic-force-safe rotor insertion that protects windings, magnets and bearings.

Rotor Magnet Insertion

Controlled magnet insertion and bonding with polarity checks to prevent wrong-way assembly.

Automatic Screw Tightening

DC nutrunners with torque–angle monitoring and automatic reject for out-of-limit joints.

Bearing & Shaft Press-Fit

Servo presses with force–displacement monitoring for every bearing and shaft press operation.

End-of-Line Testing

Integrated hi-pot, insulation, winding resistance, back-EMF and noise checks before packing.

Process Flow

How an EV Motor Comes Together

A typical line covers stator, rotor and final assembly — we build the complete line or individual stations.

01Stator Core Stacking

Lamination stacking, pressing and core-height verification.

05Balancing & Magnetisation

Dynamic balancing of the rotor, magnetisation and magnetic-force inspection.

02Insulation & Winding

Slot insulation insertion and winding — round-wire or hairpin forming and insertion.

06Rotor–Stator Assembly

Guided rotor insertion into the stator housing without damaging windings.

03Twisting, Welding & Varnish

End-turn twisting, conductor welding and varnish impregnation of the stator.

07Press-Fit & Tightening

Bearing, shaft and end-cover press-fit with monitored screw tightening.

04Magnet Insertion & Fixing

Rotor magnet insertion with polarity check, followed by bonding or moulding.

08EOL Test & Marking

Electrical and NVH end-of-line testing, then laser marking for traceability.
