Each machine in this group is designed around your stator and rotor drawings and the output you need per shift. We run trials on your samples at our works in Sector-35, Gurgaon before dispatch, then install the machine at your plant and train your operators. Forms, cuts and inserts slot liner paper into every stator slot in one automatic cycle.

Wedge Inserting Machine

Closes wound slots with paper or plastic wedges to hold the coils in place.

Coil Lacing Machine

Ties end windings with lacing cord to keep coils compact and secure.

Lead Wire Stripping and Tinning Machine

Removes enamel from phase leads and tins them for soldering or crimping.

Stator Varnish Trickle Impregnation Machine

Heats, trickles resin and cures wound stators on a rotating carousel.

Stator Epoxy Powder Coating Machine

Coats stator slots and end faces with epoxy powder as insulation instead of paper.
